Boiling Heat

The weather today was crazy, I heard we broke another record today.
Last week was the hottest week ever in Melbourne with the temperature being around 40-45 C. degress, but this week it was "only" around 30 C. - That was absolutely wonderful, but today the heat was acting again. My friend was having a sleep-over, and when we went out to buy fruit we felt like we were stepping into a sauna when we stepped out of the door. It was absolutely crazy! I heard the temperature was up at 47-48 degrees, which is the hottest day, ever!

I know I am totally enjoying Melbourne, but in days like these I really miss Denmark. It's just so hot, that you feel drenched every time you walk out, or even sit inside.

Except from the heat though I've been writing lots of postcards today, which I will mail within the next couple of days.

Yesterday I went to play tennis with two of my good friends at Laverton Park Tennis Club (LPTC) it only cost like $10 to rent the court and borrow equipment for 1 hour. It was fun, but I also realised that I'm absolutely talentless in the field. We shot the tennis ball out onto the road several times, and basically we sucked at it, but it was fun and I need some kind of exercise in these three months.
